Harbour 1: China — Terrace Whisper. Pu'erh tea, toasted-rice-washed Seekers Mekong Dry Gin, lime, milk-clarified.

Harbour 2: Myanmar — Lady of Bagan. Seekers Mekong Dry Gin, young curry leaves, ginger, lime, egg white.
