Dragon’s Heart

Elegant and delicately fruity

50ml Seekers Mekong Dry Gin
20ml Dragon fruit syrup *
20ml Fresh Lime juice

1. Add all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice & shake.
2. Double strain into a chilled coupet.
3. Garnish with an Asian lime leaf clipped to the side or a zest of the Asian lime fruit.

- 1:1:1 Sugar, water, dragon fruit flesh chopped into small chunks
- Heat in a saucepan until the sugar dissolves
- Pour into a mason jar & let sit for 4 hours until the liquid turns pink
- Sieve the bits out
- Once totally cool, refrigerate.
