Classic prohibition era cocktail.
Strong, but bright with a slightly sweet finish.
60ml Mekong Gold Gin
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Mondulkiri Wild Honey Syrup *
1drop Orange Bitter
Combine all ingredients with ice in a shaker. Shake vigourously.
Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

For the honey syrup combine 1 : 1 honey & water.
Heat gently until combined and let cool.
