Our Mekong twist on this complex, citrus-based classic.
50ml Mekong Gold Gin
25ml Orange Juice
25ml Lime Juice
20ml Simple Syrup
1 Egg White
2drops Saline Solution
2drops Angostura bitters
Put all the ingredients into a shaker and dry-shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds.
Add ice to the shaker and shake again.
Double-strain into a rock glass.
Garnish with a dry orange.
