45ml Jason Kong Gin
25ml Seekers Orange Liqueur
20ml Butterfly pea syrup
25ml Lime Juice
1 Egg White
Add all the ingredients into a shake and dry shake.
Then add ice and shake vigorously again.
Double strain into a coupet.
Garnish with a butterfly pea petal ... or another flower from your own garden
